"Inevitably, we must all endure someone who seems to have flown the Photo-Verbial-Coocoos Nest. For many of my innocent friends and family, I am one of those maniacs.

I regard the camera as a trusted friend, who helps me decide on the moment I make faces my family, and call places my home. The meaning we find in our processes is sometimes deep, too often dark, yet is always a beautiful dialogue.

Whether it be a spiritual calling, or severe neurosis, something powerful compels me to keep throwing these soulful, sometimes scandalous love-letters to the wind, because I know the Gods will always write me back. I see notes in my own work, however the message isn’t complete if not for the work of my fellow Kooks, flapping or fallen, who were crazy enough to teach us to fly."
